  • Richard Natow, President and Founder

    Richard Natow is true to the entrepreneurial spirit!

    Natow began his business career as an owner of an advertising and marketing company.

    He entered the real estate business and quickly developed a niche of selling land to builders and developers and then marketing the new home developments. He consistently was the top listing agent and selling agent for the region’s largest real estate company.

    Natow also understood the benefits of diversification and began selling and investing in commercial and investment properties.

    In 1987 Natow realized his dream and formed The Prestige Group.

    Natow’s diverse real estate background, including sales, marketing, investment properties, as well as involvement in building and development gives him an understanding of the entire scope of the real estate industry.

    Being licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware enables Natow to be regional in his real estate dealings.

    Natow has been the recipient of numerous marketing awards by the Chester and Delaware Counties Home Builders Association. He has also been honored to be a judge for other regional Home Builder Associations.

    Natow has an uncanny intuition for knowing what’s ahead for the industry. His remarkable insight into people and “the art of the deal” are the key to the success of Prestige Group and it’s clients.

  • Ron Krieger, Senior Vice President

Ron Krieger, Senior Vice President is a specialist in the demanding and complicated field of Healthcare Facilities, from skilled nursing homes, assisted living facilities as well as age restricted facilities.  In the position of managing the sale of Healthcare facilities Ron has successfully negotiated many complex transactions involving the sale of the business and real estate assets of his clients.  He is also active in development land and multi-family sales.

Prior to joining Prestige Group, Ron was the president of a management company as well as being an owner/operator of over 500 apartment units.  He also spent over 11 years as both manager and director of two regional investment sales real estate brokerage companies.

  • Vic Kaplan, Vice President

    Vic Kaplan has the determination, discipline and diligence to drive a deal home! His well rounded business background as a real estate investor and business owner compliment his focused attention to the individual deal.

    A multi-housing specialist, Vic holds real estate licenses in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is ready to assist buyers and sellers with their real estate investment needs.

  • Ben Altman, Vice President

    Ben Altman is a specialist in the sales and leasing of  commercial and industrial real estate.  His previous sales experience includes working for a national commercial real estate company as well as a solid sales and marketing background.

    Ben is dedicated to furthering his real estate knowledge as he is a CCIM candidate.  He holds a BS in Marketing and International Studies from The Pennsylvania State University.  Ben is fluent and proficient in all aspects of commercial and industrial real estate.

  • Arthur Deussing, Vice President

    Arthur Deussing brings  extensive commercial real estate sales and financial advisory experience to Prestige Group.  Arthur previously worked for a national commercial real estate company where he received many awards including “Rookie of the Year”, “Most Improved Saleperson” as well as the prestigious “Most Square Footage Leased/Sold” in a single year. 

    Arthur specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial and commercial properties.  His financial consulting experience is a great asset in helping his clients reach their goals.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University.     Virginia Hart, Vice President, comes to Prestige Group with a well rounded background of high end residential, new construction, land and commercial real estate sales as well as sophisticated corporate sales experience.

  • Robert Vecchiolli, Vice President

    Robert Vecchiolli, Vice President, is a career real estate professional with a diversified background spanning residential, commercial, industrial and investment sales and leasing as well as financing, structuring joint ventures and title experience. An Associate Broker, Bob specializes in investment and commercial real estate sales at Prestige Group.

    Having founded and run his own real estate brokerage company as well as structuring joint ventures where each situation was a start-up business, Bob understands the needs and objectives of business leaders.     Irene Opendak concentrates on multi-family and investment property sales.  Irene's strong background in business is very broad and includes extensive experience in administration, business management and project management.  As an accomplished business executive for prestigious world renowned universities both in the United States and Russia, Irene has dealt with the highest level of academic and business leaders in the business management of these institutions.  This experience along with Irene's post graduate degrees in Business Administration and Engineering are the cornerstone of her highly technical and analytical approach to the commercial real estate business.

    Micheal Weiner is a dynamic commercial real estate sales associate with many years of successful sales experience.  Prior to joining Prestige Group, Michael sold businesses through a national company and has other broad ranging experience in sales, management and finance.

  • George Zografakis, Account Executive

    George Zografakis, Account Executive, specializes in industrial and commercial properties. His varied business background is an asset to his clients at Prestige Group. George previously founded and managed a pre-owned auto sales company developing the company from one location with four employees to expanded operations and five locations with over sixty employees.  

     

    As an investor in real estate, George has first hand knowledge of the requirements and objectives of the investor. He has successful experience with the complex 1031 tax free exchange process as well as dealing with state and local governments in the areas of zoning, sheriff and tax sales, deeed and court records plus understanding the complexities of environmental issues.  

     

    George has excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as being extremely detail oriented. These attributes and his negotiation savvy are integral to his successful client representation.
     

    George's outlook in business is more global in approach due to his unique approach experience of being bi-lingual. He is fluent in Greek and very active in the local Greek community.
