- Richard Natow, President and Founder
Richard Natow is true to the entrepreneurial spirit!
Natow began his business career as an owner of an advertising and marketing company.
He entered the real estate business and quickly developed a niche of selling land to builders and developers and then marketing the new home developments. He consistently was the top listing agent and selling agent for the region’s largest real estate company.
Natow also understood the benefits of diversification and began selling and investing in commercial and investment properties.
In 1987 Natow realized his dream and formed The Prestige Group.
Natow’s diverse real estate background, including sales, marketing, investment properties, as well as involvement in building and development gives him an understanding of the entire scope of the real estate industry.
Being licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware enables Natow to be regional in his real estate dealings.
Natow has been the recipient of numerous marketing awards by the Chester and Delaware Counties Home Builders Association. He has also been honored to be a judge for other regional Home Builder Associations.
Natow has an uncanny intuition for knowing what’s ahead for the industry. His remarkable insight into people and “the art of the deal” are the key to the success of Prestige Group and it’s clients.

- Ron Krieger, Senior Vice President
Ron Krieger, Senior Vice President of The Prestige Group since 1999, is one of the Country's leading experts in the demanding and complex field of Sales, Mergers, and Acquisitions of Health Care Facilities. Specializing in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and CCRC transactions, and the sale of development land for new construction, Ron has negotiated more than $200,000,000 in transactions including the sale of owner's corporate business assets and real estate. Ron's reach is local, regional and national.
Prior to joining Prestige Group, Ron was the Director of Investments for two major regional investment real estate brokerage firms, and the President/CEO of the largest residential real estate management company in the United States. He is also responsible for $1 Billion in apartment property sales.

Vic Kaplan, Vice President
Vic Kaplan has the determination,
discipline and diligence to drive a deal home! His well rounded
business background as a real estate investor and business owner

Ben Altman, Vice
President
Ben Altman is a specialist in the sales and
leasing of commercial and
industrial real estate. His previous sales experience includes working for a
national commercial real estate company as well as a solid sales
and marketing background.
Ben is dedicated to furthering his
real estate knowledge as he is a CCIM candidate. He holds a BS in Marketing and International Studies from

Arthur Deussing, Vice
President
In 2003, Arthur entered the real estate industry with NAI Mertz Corporation, winning several awards for his achievements, including "Rookie of the Year" for most square footage leased and sold as well as "Most Improved Salesperson" for largest dollar increase in production year over year. His previous experience includes a background in financial advisory services with Morgan Stanley, where he was the recipient of the National Sales Director Award for superior performance as a financial advisor. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Arthur joined The Prestige Group in October, 2006 and he specializes in sales/leasing of industrial and commercial properties in the Philadelphia area. He provides a full range of services to real estate users, owners, and investors, specializing in understanding clients' unique business needs and offering customized real estate solutions.

Virginia Hart, Vice President
Virginia Hart, Vice President, comes to Prestige Group with a well rounded background of high end residential, new construction, land and commercial real estate sales as well as sophisticated corporate sales experience.
Ginny has excellent communication and consultative sales skills which are a benefit to both buyer and seller clients. Her understanding of the complicated process of development and zoning issues is an asset in the commercial real estate business.

Michael Weiner, Vice President
Michael Weiner is a dynamic commercial real estate sales associate with many years of successful sales experience. Prior to joining Prestige Group, Michael sold businesses through a national company. In addition, he has other diverse experience in sales, management and finance.
Michael works primarily with multi-family, commercial and industrial properties. He has completed the sale of income properties and office buildings. Michael has also leased warehouse, commercial and retail space.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts from The Pennsylvania State University and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from St. Joseph's University. Jon Mirsky, Sales Associate
Jon Mirsky, a lifelong resident of the suburban Philadelphia area, comes to Prestige Group with a solid background in commercial real estate. As Director of Real Estate for a national retailer, he was an integral part in their nationwide expansion over a 10 year period. He later became Director of Regional Operations for a 20-property Center City portfolio.
Jon's areas of concentration are multi-family and commercial properties.
